This means that the entire process of generating personalized videos is client-side. All sensitive data is sent directly to the video player hosted on the client’s infrastructure. No data is transferred outside the client’s system.

 

18. Do you provide single-tenant vs. multi-tenant environments?

Typically, we offer a multi-tenant environment, but at the client’s request we can prepare a dedicated infrastructure.

 

19. How do integrations with client systems work (API, SDK, webhooks, CRM/CDP)?

We offer the possibility of integration via API (data exchange and analytics), via an FTP server both ours and the client’s (data exchange), and a Web Panel for manual data transfer (data exchange and analytics).

 

20. Can the player and video files be fully hosted internally?

Yes, customers can host both the video files and the player on their own infrastructure.

 

21. What are the technical requirements for on-premise deployment?

On-premises deployment requires minimal resources on the hosting server to host the Vintom player and the necessary project configuration. When hosting a video stream on-site (optional), requirements include disk space and provision for increased data transfer. Full specifications are provided during project scoping.
